Great Grandma's Butterhorns (No, its not Rugelach!!), "The best cookie I have ever eaten" is what is said after everyone tries the first bite. They are a thin, flaky pastry made with sour cream and butter, and the filling is nuts, sugar and cinnamon. They take a little longer to prepare, but its worth it! The only problem you will have is you will be asked to make them for every event. YUM!!

Chocolate Covered Penguins, These penguin cookies are no-bake and make great party appetizers. We are making these in our adult food preparation class and they are a big hit. The picture shows only three from the batch because the rest were all eaten while getting the camera.
They have a chocolate cheesecake type filling and a little orange flavor in the beaks and the feet. Both adults and kids seem to love them. They're great fun for the holidays or any time.

Quick Turtle Bites, Pretzels (butter snaps), Rolos and pecan halves come together quickly to form turtle candies! Place a Rolo on the pretzel and bake at 200F for 5 minutes. Take out and press a pecan half into the Rolo, and voila! Turtles!
