"This is a great holiday drink. The combination of the spices, creaminess of the butter, acidity from the pineapple juices, and warmth of the rum provide a great fullness of flavor. Can be made in a batch as the recipe suggested, or constructed by the cup by warming the pineapple juice and then adding the spiced butter and rum.
