"I read a lot of the reviews before I made this recipe and since 4 oz chocolate seemed like a small amount, I added one more. I really liked this recipe. It was very chocolaty without being cloyingly sweet. I think the buttermilk (which was a surprising ingredient to me added a nice tang and cut down on potential over-sweetness.
