Very very tasty soup! It tasted even better than the one I'm used to having at chinese restaurants. Delicious! The recipe makes alot, well for 2 people. I had these leftover pieces from when you cut wings that were no use to me so I used them to make the stock. I didn't have solid ginger so I just used ground ginger (3 tbsp) and ground coriander....

Oh man this is dangerous...this is too easy! I just made it to top off molten cakes and ice cream, and I can't put it down. I will never buy caramel again. I didn't have half and half so I subbed it with 1% milk and few splashes of heavy cream. I did put in more than a tsp of vanilla, but accidentally, and then I saw that it actually calls for more...

AMAAZING!!!!! I used Montreal steak seasoning and just patted it onto the steak right before putting it on the pan. I also cut down the balsamic syrup recipe because it would've been wayy too much.
