Made this tonight and it was so yummy! I had to make tweeks because the ground lamb was expensive so I used 1 lb lamb 1 lb ground beef. It came out great anyway. I am so mad I didnt read the reviews first, which I usually do. This rub is extremely spicy!! I cut the cayenne pepper to 1/2 tsp and it is still hot! Lucky I thought to taste it before I used it or my chicken breast would've been ruined. Definitely would have been bad for the kids, good thing I always have mrs. dash! now off to make our usual!
