Made this with goat cheese instead of Gorgonzola because husband and kids don't like Gorgonzola. We all liked it with the meat cut up into small pieces, so you could get all the favors into one bite - the pork was bland on its own.  Next time I'll double or triple the marinade, so there will be enough for the flavor to really soak in.  Also thin"
