I love cooking, even though lately don't have much time to do it. Since I met my husband, 2 1/2 years ago, I have discovered a whole new meaning of cooking and spices. Thanks to the great recipes here and on the Jamaican channels on youtube, I have enriched my knowledge of cooking way beyond what I've known my whole life before I met my husband. Paula and Alton are among my favs, along with Emeril.
