“This is a winner at our house. Easy to make. The only change I made was to use canola oil for the frying, turned out just like the picture and was GREAT!.
My husband even ate it cold for a midnight snack and ask that I make extra everytime so he has it just for that purpose.
Have made this twice already and just got the recipe....”

“This looked so elegant and fairly easy to do. Watched the video several times, made a list of the steps, read most of the reviews and incorperated the suggestions that sounded right, even bought fresh thyme, ran the video as I prepared to dish, looked "spot on" as it went into and came out of the oven, and let it rest the 10 minutes, cut it and plated....”
