!!Question!! Love the recipe...always comes out great...In this recipe he says to use 1G of veggie stock. In the videos where he talks about brine and how to make it...he says to use 1G of Broth. There is a difference...which one should we be using? This year Im going to try the broth route as he actually says that in the video. "
