Reviewed Mojito Chicken
"I was disappointed - it sounded wonderful but didn't taste as good as it sounded. It may have been the chicken or it may have needed to be cooked much longer and differently. I will try it again but I will cover the chicken, cook it longer at a higher temperature; then boil with the glaze. I didn't brown in in a pan on the cooktop as directed because of the hot oil smells and mess.
