“These were exactly what I was looking for. Crispy on the outside, chewy inside. I don't like raisins and the cranberries were perfect. I used extra-thick organic rolled oats, organic sugars, and pasture butter. The thick oats really make a difference with the texture. I also doubled the vanilla and added cloves.
