M,y husband a novice cook who uses recipe cards, made this for our family with a couple other Giada recipes. DELICIOUS! I loved it so much that I took the sauce that goes on top of the bruschetta and improvised with ingredients in the house and made this as a sauce for pasta, PHENOMENAL! I didn't have fresh romas, so I used canned crushed...
