"This was great but didn't use the 3 tablespoons of soy... In my mother's Goulash I always used Worcestershire sauce and so in this I used 1 1/2 Tbl. of soy and 1 1/2 Tbl. of Worcestershire. It was fantastic and also I thought my husband was going to bust from eating so much. Thanks Paula!!! Also btw I forgot I didn't have Italian Seasoning so I used 1 tsp. each of Thyme and Oregano and Basil. I watched the show and did what you did Paula...or didn't do....lol I didn't drain the meat all the way left a bunch of the grease and man it was wonderful...if it was too greasy we ladled it off.
