Reviewed Steak with Red Wine-Shallot Sauce

I use more wine,and concentrate by boiling it prior to adding it to the pan. Makes for a richer,more satisfying sauce. I sometimes add some sauteed mushrooms to the sauce. This rsauce can be used to class up hamburgers as well
