The Salsa Verde was AMAZING!!! Even if you don't make the chicken, you have to make the sauce! (mine was beautifully green) The chicken will not stick if make sure your pan and oil are screamin' hot (but don't burn your oil). The chicken will release when it is ready, do not try to flip before it releases!!!"

I have made this several times. It is absolutely delicious. It does take a while though, so be prepared. I find it easier to boil and shred the chicken and make the salsa the night before.

These cookies came of the oven looking absolutely perfect. Nothing ran on my trays. I followed previous comments about making sure the egg whites were very fluffy with stiff peaks and I VERY GENTLY folded in the whites. Definitely adding to my holiday recipe collection!!!
