Reviewed Mediterranean Chick Pea Stew
"I liked this recipe a lot if you're looking for a meatless chili recipe. I'm even eating the leftovers for breakfast right now as I write this. I did change the amount of tomatoes (1 -28 can of tomatoes instead of 2 cans per the suggestion from the reviewer below and I agree I think that one can was plenty. I also cut down on the oil by a tables"

Reviewed Pepper-Crusted Tuna Steak with Teriyaki Sauce and Wasabi Smashed Potatoes
"This is a great recipe! Both the tuna with the sauce and mashed potatoes rocked! The whole meal took under 30 min to make and it was so good! The only change I made was that I added more wasabi to the potato's since my husband can't get enough of it. I would make this again in a second. "
Reviewed Energy Bars
"My Husband and I love these bars. I love that they are not too sweet and very easy to make. After making these many times we've decided we like them better with just chopping up the ingredients, like the nuts and dried fruit, but not pulverizing them. It turns out to be more of a gronola bar with chunks of fruits and nuts. It's also a great recipe to change ingredients, to use what you have. I use Walnuts instead of sunflower seeds, dried berries instead of raisins, etc. Love it!"
