Reviewed Shake n' Shimmy Pork Chops
"Good flavor, HOWEVER, the posted directions are confusing as the brine ingredients are not separated from the breading ingredients and the directions say to put ALL ingredients into the brine!!. Good thing I'm not a novice cook and figured out that you shouldn't put panko crumbs and eggs into a brine! :-) Only going to give 3 stars for poor directions.
