Reviewed Best Mussels on Earth

"First time i've used white wine in any dish (always substituted broth or something else). Also was unable to find saffron (so i hope to remedy that and be able to use saffron next time). It was very good and the broth with fennel (first time i've used fennel and i liked the licorice scent) and chorizo was a great idea. I was cheering for Aaron McCargo when he was competing in the Next Food Network star and am so happy he won. He has some great recipes to share and I love watching him!!! Righteous On Big Daddy!!!!! You Rock!"

Reviewed Roasted Cornish Game Hens

"I followed this recipe almost exactly AND it was absolutely delicious, mouthwatering, succulent, tender, moist and most of all utterly flavorful. Hats off to Mr. & Mrs. Neely, bless you for such a scrumptious and simple and easy to make recipe. The only thing I did differently was season the cavity generously with garlic salt and added a 3-4 pats of butter (NOT MARGARINE under the breast skin for added flavor and moisture. Also because of the elevation or lack of in my city, I baked them at 375 for the first 30 minutes then up to 390 for the remaining 30 minutes. One word - "SUPERB"...my husband LOVED them, the kids loved them and a few unexpected guests got to savor them also!!! Great Recipe Neely's, Love you!!!"
