Perfect! I'm not really a fan of super sweet drinks but this was just a perfectly balanced tropical type drink. I used frozen bananas that I keep in my freezer and a dark rum. I also only used 4 cups of ice cubes and put the whole recipe at once into the Vitamix."

I'd never cooked with farro before but this was so easy and delicious. I reduced the sherry vinegar by half since I am not fond of a strong vinegar taste. I added some toasted pine nuts and some garlic roasted shrimp. I served the beans on the side for a really hearty meal."

Made this one really hot evening for my husband who normally doesn't like cocktails, just wine. He was floored at how good it was and even asked for a second. I used simple syrup rather than sugar and a really high quality, small batch golden rum. Not too sweet!""

Reviewed Tagliarelle with Truffle Butter

My son made this for me the first time and instead of using truffle butter which I didn't have on hand he substituted 3 oz. good butter and 2 tsp of truffle oil. It was fabulous.
