I wanted to try this recipe because most recipes I have found use egg. This was light, crispy and perfectly coated the vegetables. The kids loved it and my son said, "Why did I say I didn't like sweet potatoes?" The platter was emptied and I am sure we will make this many more times.

Easy prep. The potstickers were steamed perfectly and the bottoms were nicely crisp. The dipping sauce was very good. First time I have made dipping sauce with sambal and now I will be doing it quite often. Both potsticker and dipping sauce will go in my main recipe file.

I made this chili for New Year's Eve. My family and I loved it, as did our guests that only make traditional Texas Chili with no beans. They made cornbread and it was excellent with it.
