This was a great addition to my recipes! The cooking time obviously wrong, took about 45 min or so for 2 pork tenderloins. The flavor was amazing. The only downside was not enough "gravy" for the meal. I will make extra glaze for dipping or extra sauce after the pork cooks. ""

I absolutely LOVE this salad. I have made it several times now. can be used as a side dish or a main dish, depending on how hungry you are! I did find that the dressing recipe was too oily for my taste, so I added extra balsamic to it. I actually keep a batch of this dressing on hand at all times. its fantastic!! ""

OMG!! This is a winner!
I didnt have Mace, just used a little extra nutmeg as a poster said below...worked just fine.
We originally served it warm with hot fudge sauce (didnt make the recipe sauce) and it was amazing.
Tried it cold today..EVEN BETTER!!! Definately making this again!

I LOVED this dish, my husband, thought it was dry. I had to use feta as well, but thinking that next time some fresh roma's and maybe a little more of the dressing will help moisten it up. Thanks for a great easy dish!! ""
