Reviewed mini olive oil cakes with lemon glaze

A nice dessert when you want something different. My family and friends enjoyed them (I did, too!), even though I used Meyer lemons for the glaze instead of regular ones. The Meyer lemons aren't tart enough in my opinion. I will make these little cakes again with double the thyme in the mix and regular lemons.

Delicious! I did double the rosemary and garlic for the "paste", which didn't really turn pasty for me, but worked well with the lemon and olive oil. We love garlic, so I may add more garlic next time and work it into a paste with a mortar and pestle. The store only had pre-sliced baby portabello mushrooms, but they worked just fine. My skille"

Doubled the recipe, and followed it almost to the "T" for 5 people. The only difference was that we used half coconut milk and half coconut cream. It's very important to use Thai basil, as the regular sweet basil changes the flavor completely. Everyone loved it! In fact, there were no left-overs!"
