"De-light-ful! Silky & cozy without any heavy cream. I will create this again to eat around the fireplace as the tempature starts to cool off! In addition, we sauteed 2 celery stalks & 3 cloves of garlic in a little evoo. Toss it all in w the roasted fruit & veggies & grate fresh nutmeg & cinnamon. Add cayenne for desired heat. The suggested garnish of toasted cashews, coconut, gr onions & banana altogether were a smash! Luved it!
