About Me
For work --I run tours and special events for an auto tech school in NASCAR country in NCI GO JEFF GORDON! love to cook and bake. I'm the official Birthday Cake/dessert maker in my department at work and my coworkers put in special requests for their upcoming celebrations.
Favorite Foods
Steak Steak Steak!! Oh and did i mention i absolutely love steak? I adore broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic. Sauteed spinach with garbanzo beans, garlic, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and toasted pine nuts over pasta. Cake balls!! I love brownies...I could go on for days. I hate fish....really, really hate it!
