Reviewed Roasted Turkey with Maple Cranberry Glaze

"Tasted great! Used a 7 lb turkey breast. Used butter and olive oil. Didn’t bother making a whole batch of house seasoning just added garlic powder some salt and pepper. Added dry parsley and dry chive. (That is what I had on hand) Pored it over the turkey and in the cavity. Stuffed the breast with apple, onion and fresh rosemary. Cooked it in my rotisserie. (Love my rotisserie) For the glaze used cranberry sauce (as another review stated) and didn’t have apple cider so used applesauce and a little water other than that followed the recipe. Had to thicken the glaze a little with cornstarch and water. Just basted the turkey the last 15 minutes. After slicing the turkey brushed on the glaze. Oh so good. I’m going to use the glaze on ribs next. "

Reviewed Dragon's Breath Chili

"Not a big fan of chili so never really make it too often. Well, just until I found this recipe. Made it twice in one week. I made it for work and it was really really good but a little spicy for some. The second time I made it for home I cut down on some of the spices, only used 1 red pepper, 1 onion, no jalapenos, and one each of the other peppers, (will use 2 each next time) used a small sirloin steak instead of chuck, 1 lb of ground beef, and turkey sausage, mixed real bacon pieces in with the meat, added a little sugar, curry powder, chili sauce and used 4 different kind of beans. (don’t care too much for kidney beans) And Oh my my really really good.. I will be making this chili more often.
