"this was WAY too labor intensive for the final result. why not buy ground chicken? instead of having to cut it off the bone and grind it? and homemade chicken stock for 1 cup to add to the recipe? give me a break! having to make homemade tomato sauce isn't too bad (tasted very good) but that seems a little much as well. my daughter and I together were preping for 2 hours (so maybe total 4 hr)! and it was good, but not worth all the effort."
