Always looking for new ways to make great fish. This recipe is delicious, easy and when plated, is a beautiful dish! The only changes I made were to use only 2 tablespoons of olive oil at a time. I also had 1.5 lbs of fish and but did not increase the sauce. There was plenty for my 20 ounces of fish. Will definitely fix this again and again!"
