I was so amazed that I could make ranch dressing (I am kitchen challenged).
Tips: Salt to taste, as others mentioned. Reminds me of Old Spaghetti Factory's ranch dressing - but better, of course.

The hardest part is just prepping everything. Easy and comes out beautifully. I didn't have a proper gratin dish, so I just layed them flat on their sides in a small square pyrex dish, and it came out great.

This is my 'go to' now for a quick pasta meal. I've made it differently a couple of times and it comes out great - even with canned clams. When using canned clams, just skip on the veggie broth and use the clam juice. Even chopped basil because I didn't have parsley on hand one time, and it was still great.

Great cheese choices! I didn't add salt and used unsalted butter and it was just fine from the bacon, spread, and cheeses. Didn't have a panini press, so just made it on the pan. And it came out wonderful. Would make again.

Simple & easy. I added a dash of dried thyme too, and actually forgot the salt & pepper. I even used Italian parsley, since I was using it in another recipe. Speaking of which, goes amazingly with Ina Garten's Mussels in White Wine recipe! Will be using the left over to make a quick pizza!
