Excellent! Everyone loved it. I used breakfast sausage instead of salami. Next time I will use less salt on the potatoes since the sausage and bacon have enough salt. I like the flavor the nutmeg and orange brought to the dish. Will definitely make this for Christmas breakfast. Giada's breakfast popovers with Italian Sausage is a great recip"

Absolutely delicious. Everyone loved them. They are great warm with syrup. Since I did not have smoked mozzarella, I used regular whole milk mozzarella and I used breakfast sausage instead. Very moist!"
