Reviewed Lemon Yogurt Cake

I've been making this time and again. It always get good feed-backs.
However, I increased the sugar to 1 1/4 cup and increased the zest by another teaspoon. I also added the lemon zest in the glaze. I poked holes all around the cake with a long skewer and made sure I sued all the simple syrup. It ensures the cake to be very moist.

Love it! I made it three times, but with a little tweek.
I used sweet Italian sausage and used room temp. eggs to shorten the oven time.
With a small drizzle of maple syrup, it's a winner.
Even my mom asked for the recipe!"
