Made this for dinner tonight and it was a success. I changed a few things since I didn't have everything it called for. I had ciabatta bread so I used that instead. Also, my husband wanted it more meaty so I added turkey deli meat to it. It turned out really good! Loved the fresh mozzarella and the pesto/mayo spread! ""

I baked mine in the oven at 350 for 1.5 hrs. and it was not done. Had to put it back for another 30 minutes. Once it was cooked the flavors where amazing. My husband love the flavor of the skin.
