"I used cake flour for my first pass and it had a wonderful texture. I did also experience the lack of rise in the center, but didn't think it was an issue because it made the cake easier to frost.
The bake time seems off. It called for 35 minutes and mine was done in a little over 20.

"What a great way to use a very expensive cut of meat! I did this for a party of 10. For variety, I did skewers with shrimp. I recommend fresh off the grill. Don't keep in the oven - dries out too fast. "
