I usually pick out peppers out of my food and I don't like spicy hot foods so I was weary to try this recipe. Turns out it tastes similar to chicken soup and easy to make. Great way to hide veggies. I added salt to taste at the end. I think it is missing an ingredient but I can't pin point it. Lime maybe? Next time i will use medium hot chiles instead...

I made this for my party. Most people loved it including the vegans. I thought it was bland and so did one other person. I think maybe i should have waited for the potatoes to cool down before i added everything. Since many people at my party loved it, I will try it again.

I followed the filling recipe exactly and used store bought pie crusts. 10 peaches is too much. 8 or 9 peaches are just fine. No soupy problems at all. The peach pie was perfect! Thanks Mama Thornton."

This fritata was a hit at the baby shower! I screwed up and didn't layer the potatoes and egg mixture. I ended up mixing it all together and it turned out ok anyways. What a easy recipe. Next time i may add bacon or ham. Thanks Ina!"

I made this twice this week and I loved my second try. I like the sausage with the sweetness of the apple and cranberries. The first time i made it with too much bread and the bread pieces were cut too big. So I cut the bread smaller and used just 1 lb of bread. Perfect! So yummy! I will make it again next Thanksgiving. Thank you Ina!""
