The best meringue I ever had! The espresso and chocolate makes it special with a coffee kick. I just cool them on a cooling rack after baking and they are totally fine. So light and airy, they are fantastic! I would use only 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar next time, as they were too sweet for me. otherwise, they are perfect!"

I have made this a few times and for parties as well, good flavors. This is an Asian recipe with soy sauce and it is not fried chicken, don't understand some comments here why saying why is it not crispy and why the strong soy sauce flavor? Soy sauce is already very mild."
