Excellent recipe - great flavors, and quick to make. I made a stock by sauteing the shrimp shells in olive oil, adding the clam juice, and simmering for 20 minutes. It added some more depth to the flavors. Also, used spaghetti instead of penne with great result."

Only made (or attempted to make) the potato chips. Ended up with pretty tasty oven roasted potatoes, but nothing as crispy as potato chips are supposed to be. Sorry, Giada. I'll stick with the high quality store bought chips in the future.
