"Read Sandra Lee's recipe and had to make carnitas for Sunday family day this past week end. Had a 9AM Tee time, looked in the pantry and did not have the taco seasoning so I put New Mexico chili seasoning on pork, used onion powder and garlic powder as well and poured the can red chili sauce in the crock pot and turned it on and left.
