"made these yesterday for the first time, they were delicious. I used regular sugar since I didn't have the one called for in the recipe. Next time I will add a little more sugar. the dough is easy to make. I made a cheddar cheese sauce to go with it. This morning I sliced one in half, toasted it and spread cream cheese on it, it was great. I may try one for a sandwich.Thanks Bobby.

"i tried this recipe for last nite and it was delicious. I change one thing, I beat the egg white and incorporated them in the mousse, turn out great. I think that it would be enough for 8 servings instead of four because it is very rich. I also served it with some blackberriesand a dollop of whip cream. Thanks Anne.

"This was my first time to make spaetzle and I had no idea what the batter should look like so I made it the way that I tought it should be. It turned out great. I don't hace a spaetzle maker but I used my food mill with the biggest blade and it work wonderfull, quick and fast. Will do this recipe again. Thanks Tyler for the great recipe. P.S. My husband is not a fan of noodles but he even took a second serving of this one.
