This was okay. I wouldn't make it again but the folks at the party I took it to seemed to enjoy it. I would recommend making this the night before as the onion gets very pronounced during its time in the fridge! I made it a few hours before the party and thought it wasn't "onion-y" enough.""

Pretty good cookies; will make again. FYI if you store them in an airtight container they will get soggy and stick to one another.

I baked these for 10 minutes on the medium rack in my oven. I did not have parchment or wax paper but the bottoms were fine when I used the spatula to remove them (wait until they cool and be gentle....
