"This is a simple and very tasty recipe! I added paprika and subsititue with low fat sour cream and cheese and it still tasted fabulous. I agree with the other reviews that the egg roll wrappers did not brown but as long as they turn a nice light golden its fine as they were cruchy. I am going to try brushing the egg roll wrappers with an egg wash ""
