"I made this exact recipe last Thanksgiving and it turned out perfect! However I just pulled this year's out of the oven and there is a huge crack in the middle that occurred during the open-oven-door phase. What happened this time? It is so very ugly and I am ashamed to bring it to my sister's house tomorrow. Is there a way to fill it in or fix it? What did I do wrong?
