Very very good! I used a mandolin and cut the potatoes probably 1/16 of an inch thick. I used two russet potatoes and two sweet potatoes. I ended up having to cook it about 20 minutes longer than the recipe says, even though my potatoes were cut so thin. I even threw on a little panko bread crumbs on top for the last five minutes or so. So yu"
