Reviewed Neely's Deep-Fried Turkey
"The Neelys have done it again!!!! Instead of injecting our turkey this year I used the rub recipe and our fried turkey was absolutely fabulous this year!!!!! My family wanted us to fry another turkey.....everyone requested the ingredients for the rub...I wish I could take all the credit but I told them it was another Pat and Gina great recipe......I just love myself some Down Home with the Neeleys.....keep sharing your great recipes!!!! Reviewed Coconut Bundt Cake
"I made this cake on Christmas Eve and served it on Christmas Day. My entire family really enjoyed the cake.The icing was not too sweet and complimented the cake perfectly. Cake was very moist and absolutely delicious! Previously I read the reviews so I actually oiled the tube cake pan with oil and used a cooking spray with flour - and guess what? I had no sticking! And like the reviews stated the cake actually cooked in 50 min....I plan to make this cake again! This is a keeper! Big thanks to the Neelys
