This was very tasty and will make again. I slightly modified this recipe using 1 lb. of ground chicken instead of ground pork. Because ground chicken is bland, using the ingredients, gave the wontons delicious flavor. I also added napa cabbage to both the wonton & soup recipe, instead of bok choy.
