Reviewed Corn Pudding

Nov 30, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Made this dish for Thanksgiving and was very disappointed. It had a very grainy texture probably from the cornmeal and it did not set up in the center, it remained very runny so I would suggest cooking longer then what it calls for.

This is my go to reciepe when I want a good pizza at home. I also like to make pizza pockets with it. Dough is a cinch to make and comes out the same every time. I think it is pretty simple. I see where others are worried about the amount of salt but I think it adds nice flavor to the crust so try it first and back off later if you wish.

Made this for dinner on a weeknight and it was simple and easy. I did not have fresh tomatoes however since we are in Novemeber so I improvised and used San Marzano canned tomatoes along with some good quality tomato paste. I didn't really have time to make the meat sauce so I just served the lasagna with some extra tomato sauce on the side and...
