I made this recipe without the frosting and it was still delicious. I liked that the cupcake recipe only used a 1/2 cup of sugar, when other recipes used 1 full cup. Even though it had less sugar, it was still very sweet because the bananas I used were already very ripe. I will make again. Next time I may try using veg oil instead of butter to lig"

I love this recipe. I've done different variations. I'll substitute various vegetables with the carrots. For example, I just used 1 cup of squash and 1/2 cup of frozen spinach (make sure to defrost and squeeze out the water), and it still turned out delicious! This recipe is perfect for my little tot, who won't eat spinach any other way!"
