"I loved it. The dressing it is just fantastic with a nice acid and sweet contrast i just loved. And the shallot gave it such great flavour... uhm uhm uhm. I dindt have pine nuts and insted I used slivered almonds and the result was just fantastic... Thank you Rachel...

"This was so smooth, so tasty and with such creamy texture that no one would never know it doesnt have any cream or milk on it. I didnt have honey so I used maple syrup instead and the result was amazing.Thanks Claire for this guilty free dessert.

"I made these for breakfast, they turned out great. I just have to comment that it is better to heat the muffin pan first and then butter the pan. Very easy to make and great with scrambled eggs.
