My Fiance doesn't typically like homemade chicken soup. Since I'm fighting a cold and craving comforting broth, I had to come up with a way to make him excited about eating chicken soup. Well this recipe was it. He loved it. And it was sooooo easy.

I just used left over chicken breast and only used what I already had on hand....

Great dish! I prepared this exactly as it was written. Although I wouldn't change anything, the other thing I would add to the end of the dish would be some fried sage leaves to add a little flavor crisp. ""

This recipe turned out well though I wish I would have put more thyme and lemon zest for added flavor. I used chopped hazelnuts instead of pine nuts as I find pine nuts to be too expensive for such a simple dish. I served this as a side to another Food Network recipe, Smothered Pork Medallions with Sage and Apples. ""

What a wonderful way to use up lemons. The crust to filling ration was right on but what made this lemon bar recipe above the rest was the paper thin, creme brulee-like layer that tops off the tart. "
