This was a huge hit. Absolutely perfect white chocolate mousse.
Not difficult to make. just a lot of dishes for what you get out of it.

For those who might be a little intimidated by the directions I would recommend having all the ingredients measured out and lined up. I found myself constantly re-reading the instructions...

Ok, I loved this recipe. Reading the reviews made me really nervous. So many strong opinions! I was determined to follow the recipe exactly. (why bother rating a recipe when you've altered it?)

I will admit that when the timer went off, it just didn't look done. It was barely golden at the corners. So I guess I broke my own rule...

I thought this recipe was fantastic! I was really leary of the capers and olives together in the sauce, but the sauce was really different and I think a big part of what made this parm so good.
