"I love this recipe it is easy to make once you get your bearings down. I don't have an immersion blender so I do the steps differently. I let the cauliflower cool then add it to the blender with the reserved water. Then I puree it and add it to the cheese mixture instead of trying to puree hot cauliflower and cheese sauce.""
