From this hodge-podge collection of spices comes a perfectly balanced marinade/rub of sweet, spicy and tangy. It was easy since these are all staples in my pantry, so there wasn't any last minute things to get from the store. The result was delicious! I agree with grilling the onions and garlic as a topper. ""
